Spankin' new as of last night, Wise Acre Eatery, the guys of TangleTown Garden have crossed the street and started cooking. Well not them, but they've brought in a talented team to take on the task. It's a "what's old is new again" vibe owner, Scott Endres, told me last night. Meaning, the classic and basic farm ingredients from their 40-acres in Plato turn into creative twists from salads, slaws, burgers to savory puddings and bacon steak.
